Send a request with your dates. We confirm availability and accept it, then send a payment request. Pay in full within 48 hours of receiving the payment link (or at least 8 hours before pickup for last-minute bookings), or the booking may be cancelled.

- While pending approval: free
- More than 1 week before pickup: free
- Less than 1 week but more than 48 hours before pickup: 50% fee
- 48 hours or less before pickup: 80% fee
- After the pickup date: contact info@justroam.nl
Your deposit is always refunded in full on cancellation.
Pickup & deposit 🔑
Pickup and return in person in Voorburg at an agreed time. Bring valid ID (24+). Refundable deposit of €250 per item (€400 bundle), returned after the gear is checked back in.
